公司依托哈尔滨工业大学和中南大学核心技术为研发中心，与中南大学建立产学研合作关系，筹建了博士后工作站，拥有锂电池领域多年工作经验的高级技术工程师、工程师、技术员，现有专家教授2名，博士后研发人员3名，博士5名，本科生10名，大学生15名的强大研发团队，主要研发团队领导如下：

He has worked in a number of large-scale companies in various   middle and high-levelmanagement of lithium battery product development, material research and development, and has deep research on various lithium ion products, and independently developed three new patents.
